The role of Receptionist is an administrative position, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. The primary function of the Receptionist is to provide a welcoming environment for all Clients, Vendors, and Visitors, and assist with administrative support to all members of the C3EL team. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer Phones

    • Field phone calls​

    • Take Messages

    • Provide answers and support for basic information to alleviate Management

    • Develop and train on answering Script

  • Greet all Visitors​

  • Manage at front desk sign in app

    • Ensure all visitors sign in and out​

    • Verify all contact information is distributed to department managers​​​​

  • Receive and send all mail for C3EL​

    • Make sure all mail is distributed correctly​

    • Retrieve mail from all department managers daily to send out

    • Retrieve all upfront deliveries

    • Facilitate pickup of packages being sent out of the office

  • Maintain and up keep cleanliness and appearance of the Front desk area and community office areas

  • Oversee the conditions and cleanup of all bathrooms and break areas

  • Stage coordination for all meetings and visits 

  • Order office supplies

    • ​Maintain running stock of all supplies​​

  • Assist with Warehouse and Logistic support​

  • Maintain schedule for Travel and Out of Office schedule for all team members

  • Provide social media content for Daily social media postings

  • Coordinate with traveling team members for pictures and updates​

  • Work with OM to obtain SOW for projects to provide content for post

  • Draft script for posts to provide to Business Admin

  • Obtaining Pictures and Bio of all new team members to announce hire on all Social Media platforms new capabilities

  • Company Events

  • Other administrative duties as assigned in support of C3EL team​​​

  • Coordinate team lunches, and BBQ's
