Description:
C3EL is among the fastest growing Defense Integrators in the industry. Most of our work is performed in secure facilities that do not have access to the Internet. The systems we support are complex multi-classification matrix's and VTC suits that often pool resources. Remote programming only works for the initial code development and we generally need the programmer on site for testing and commissioning.
The ideal candidate has a DOD secret of higher clearance with three years of experience programming Crestron systems supporting DOD AV/VTC
Responsibilities:

Develop Crestron code

Deploy to work sites worldwide to load code, test, troubleshoot and commission installations.

Configures DSP codecs, matrix systems, Thinklogical fiber matrix devices

Create and develop graphical interfaces for touch panels

Troubleshoot, diagnose and commission control programming and audio, video and switching equipment

Configure IP addressable devices, setup standalone control networks

Coordinate with engineering department on design and drafting revisions

Coordinate work with government networks, system administration and AV/VTC departments.
Qualifications and Work Requirements:

Experience with Visual C++ or Visual Basic, and Crestron Programming

Minimum 3 years engineering or technical service experience with specific knowledge programming AV, video control systems and IP devices

CTS, CTS-D or CTS-I

Erperience with device control protocols (RS232, IP, IR, relays and logic I/Os) as plus

DOD Secret Clearance

Ability to supervise technicians during commissioning efforts

Must have team management and customer skills.

Ability to deploy as needed for company directives.

Highly developed communication, reporting, and administration skills.

Experience in deploying Distributed Audio Video systems, interpreting designs, for large scale projects such as operation centers .

The individual should have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math or other closely related field.
