FCC AV Technician
No Clearance Required
The AV Technician shall provide on-site dedicated AV support services whose primary function shall be to provide response to AV support service requests for operations, management or handling of AV equipment for requested events. The AV Technician shall:
Review the existing AV setup to determine if it is operational prior to events.
Escalate and report any incidents with malfunctioning or non-functioning AV equipment or AV accessories at AV Intake.
Provide oversight support of managed locations identified in Technical Exhibit 1 - AV Support Services - Equipment List.xlsx
Refine and maintain the schedule and status of all AV supported rooms throughout the facilites.
5+ years of experience supporting AV development
Conference room support and/or AV troubleshooting experience installing
Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, networking and interlacing AV equipment and related components
Certification in one or more of the systems listed in Technical Exhibit 1 - AV Support Services - Equipment List.xlsx
