Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities:

C3EL is looking for a capable and reliable Warehouse Lead to support our company's warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load, and unload products, and you will perform various warehouse activities.

Department: Logistics

Direct Report: Logistics Manager

 

Duties include:

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory

• Inspect products for defects and damages

• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments

• Organize warehouse space

• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately

• Check, verify and fill orders

• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations

• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures

• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

• Ensure all daily tasks assigned are completed within the working hours

• Ensure equipment is secured at the end of the day

• Training with the logistics manager into the administrative procedures

• Working with Acctivate, QB software

• Working with Computers, Printers, Forklifts, and Handtrucks.

 

Desired experience and qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Warehouse environment or business-related.

• Proven warehouse experience

• Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment

• Forklift Certified

• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

• Team player with organizational skills

• Ability to lift or move heavy products

• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

• Proficient in Microsoft windows suite (excel & word)

 

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
