Description:

C3EL is experiencing significant growth in our architecture practice and is seeking to add a full-time, entry-level architectural designer.

​

Responsibilities include client meetings and site surveys in support of developing design criteria. Working from briefs and sketches to capture and develop client concepts into working designs. Producing architectural floor plans. elevations, sections, and site plans in 2D CAD, then developing these plans into 3D renderings supporting the design visualization and other client briefings.

​

You will perform as a member of a small team led by a senior Architect developing 35% conceptual designs in support of US military advanced communications and technology facilities worldwide.

Some travel in support of client meetings and site surveys may be required but not mandatory.

Daily work:

​

• Assists with design package management incorporating multi=discipline design inputs.

• Produce quality designs with the required software in all the architectural phases

• Present and communicate design ideas to senior team members and Principals

• Perform research for product and construction methods related to projects

• Review and process construction administration documents

​

Qualifications:

​

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• 0-3 year architectural production/design experience

• Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software skills

• Proficient with REVIT or equal 3D software.

• Ability to produce realistic 3D renderings based on 2D CAD and concept sketches.

• Highly proficient visual/graphic communication skills.

• Technical writing skills.
